Did Republican Senators really Vote FOR rape?

Al Franken makes a point by David Shankbone, N...Image via Wikipedia
Thirty Republican Senators are stood up bravely in defense of rape, in defense of the bottom line.

30 White, male Republican Senators are fighting against Sen. Franken's amendment because it will hurt the bottom line and change labor law.

Jamie Leigh Jones was drugged, raped, locked up and denied justice.

After the reports of the rape of Jamie Leigh Jones became public along with KBR's attempt to deny her any rights to U.S. justice came out Senator Al Franken put forward an amendment to stop companies forcing employees to use arbitration in place of the law even in cases of rape. http://www.republicansforrape.org/legislators/

Thirty Republicans are against the amendment that would have require defense contractors to allow employees the ability to be heard in a U.S. court in cases of rape or sexual assault.

The Republican heart is exposed. If it hurts profit or helps an employee it must be wrong.

The amendment, sponsored by Sen. Al Franken put the spotlight on male, white Republican senators. The names and pictures have been posted at www.republicansforrape.org

In a show of solidarity with the Republicans the Department of Defense sent a message to the Senate on October 6 stating their stand against Franken's amendment. Another proud day for defense contractors.
