Dear Alicia,
I am writing to officially inform you that I will be the Chief Negotiator for the upcoming Executive Branch negotiations.
Our MSEA Local #1989 Negotiating Team members along with our President Bruce Hodsdon and Vice President Ginette Rivard will be:
Administrative Services: Donna Doore, Cindy Proulx, Kathy Latulippe, Scott Neumeyer, and (Alternate) Judy Green Tarr;
Professional-Technical Services: Tom Maher, Andrea Lapointe, Jerry Quirion and Ron Perry;
Supervisory Services: Dan Menard, Aleia Hilt Lash, Debra Stowe and John Sylvester;
Operations Maintenance & Support Services: Cordell Hackett, Dana Miller, Greg Berry, Ken Porter and (Alternate) Sam Soterelis.
We have scheduled a meeting with our team members for Wednesday November 19, 2008 and would ask that you consider this a request for those people to be released from work for that day in accordance with Article 29 (B) of the Executive Branch Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Furthermore, please consider this a request to set up a date for the Union and Management Teams to meet as soon as possible after that meeting, but no later than Monday December 1, 2008. It is our intent to have at least an initial meeting prior to finalization of the State’s budgeting process.
Sincerely,
Rod Hiltz
Director of Field Services
